The sprawling facility covers 81,000 square feet of industrial land and houses some of the finest equipment and large machinery employed by the giants in the industry across the world. From raw material storage to quality control, workshops to laboratories; our facilities have been designed to cater to every major and minor facet of our business. The warehouse facility encompasses the entire process of our product range, with heavy machinery working long hours under direct supervision of the best and most experienced technicians in the industry. We have an enviable line up of the most advanced machinery imported from the biggest brands which create our exemplary product range in large numbers.

• Bentlay is a start-up organization which rides on its founder's decades of experience and expertise. Our two of the most signature products – PE Electro Fusion Fittings and Butt Fusion Fittings are manufactured in our state-of-the-art manufacturing units which are nothing less than an ensemble of impressive machinery and process flow.

• All our product designs have been created after years of research and development, understanding the exact requirement in our target market segments. The entire process is executed and fully monitored by computerized control boxes, ensuring safe, dependable connections.

• The process starts with the moulding machine wherein the plastic raw material granules are heated to a specific degree until molten to the optimum state. The heater bands around the outside of the barrel raises the temperature to melt the plastic granules. This molten plastic is injected into the mould to give it the perfect shape.

• The injection process promises high accuracy and quality in the fittings. Once the raw material granules are melted to the correct degree, it is injected under pressure into the moulds which gives it the exact shape and form. It is then cooled sufficiently until it hardens. The mould is opened to release the fittings and the process is repeated.

• The Electro fusion fittings have inner walls embedded with copper wire creating controllable ends. These copper wires generate heat, which in turn cause the plastic pipes to expand & create leakage free joints. The pipe fittings rotate with special wiring tool in accordance with the CNC programming.

• Well laid tests are predetermined to test the PE/PP Electro Fusion Fittings produced by Bentlay’s . These pressure tests are conducted prior to placing the fitting in service. The wall thickness & operating system along with pull-out and hot water testing to conform to industry guidelines against all the possible uses of the fittings for error free production.

• After the completion of the aforementioned processes, the PE Electro Fusion Fittings & Butt Fusion Fittings pass through the assembly line where they’re assembled to their final form.
